We do not allow returns of the following items under any circumstances:
• Sterile Items including wipes, OTC medications, topicals or sterile bandages, gloves or sterile kit packs
• First aid kits
• Trims, tapes, fabrics or items cut to your specifications. Only full rolls are eligible for returns.
• Any customized or personalized items (including ICS Vests, customized shirts, ,cots, banners, armbands, customized first aid kits, customized bags and like items).
• Special order items, close-outs or discontinued items.
In special cases, we will allow items to be returned (special order items in larger quantities), however, a min. 25% restocking fee will be applied before product credit is given. In these cases, you must get written permission to return the items before we will accept the return. Please call to see if your purchase falls into this category before sending your items back to us.
If we make a mistake with your order, we will cover all expenses for the corrected product to be shipped to you and the incorrect product to be returned. We ask for your assistance with the following:
• Provide a verifiable address for shipment pickup (if different than original ship-to location)
• Provide a Contact name, phone number and e-mail address (if different than original information)
• Pack securely the original item so it may be shipped back to us. Make sure the box is closed and ready for return.

• Follow any instructions provided to you so we can make the exchange. Give us a call with any questions/concerns you have.
Time Allowances for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date the item was shipped to return your product to us (with exceptions noted above). If an item is returned between 31-45 calendar days from the date of shipment, we may opt to give store credit for the returned product in lieu of credit card/Paypal credit. If an item is returned more than 45 calendar days from the date of shipment, or is not allowed to be returned (as noted above) we will return the item to you and charge your method of payment for shipping costs.
If you need to exchange your article of clothing for a different size or color, you may return the item to the address noted above. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with notes of sizes or color changes you need to make. You are responsible for all inbound shipping and return shipping costs. Once your item has been received, you will receive either a phone call or e-mail to verify the information along with confirmation of the return shipping costs. You may use your original payment method or alternate method at that time. If the item cannot be exchanged, but meets our return policy requirements, we will credit you back for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
We understand that circumstances can change for you. If you placed an order with us, providing it hasn’t shipped or gone into production, you may cancel the order. Please give us a call as soon as possible and have your order number handy. Normally, we can easily remove the order and give you a credit back for any direct payment that was made (via PayPal Express, Google payments or check payments). Most credit cards are charged ONLY at the time the order is ready for shipment, so credit card credit may not be necessary.
If the order has shipped, you may refuse it at the time of delivery; however, you will be responsible for any outbound or return shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, we will credit you back for the product costs only (less shipping costs). Please note this is not applicable to items that may not be returned. See above for this list of exclusions.
If the order involves production (special customized items, vests or embroidered/titled items), you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item costs, based upon where we are in production. We try to be fair about this, but our vendors have already begun charging us and we must pass this cost along. This may vary based upon the item purchased and process used.
From time to time our customers need, standard products, custom-made and special handled orders produced on very short deadlines due to active disasters, grant conditions, last minute changes etc. We do our very best to meet these near impossible tasks. Even with the long evening, weekend and holiday work we put into meeting these deadlines, we have no control over freight lines and shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.) once the product leaves our dock. We are always happy to give you tracking information, and contact shippers on your behalf. CMS, Inc. shall not be held responsible for late arriving orders.
